Accenture

We are located in Powai, right in the 400076 zip code area. It’s a decent place for Accenture to be based in Mumbai. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings, but our office stays pretty much the same. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the train travel every single morning. We spend a lot of time on our computers. It’s quiet most of the day, except for when the lunch delivery guys arrive. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. We just have the name on the door and that is it. People who need to find us usually do. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just want a space that works so we can finish our tasks and go home to our families. Some days the internet is slow and we all sit around talking until it comes back on. That's when we actually get to know each other better. It’s a simple life here in Powai. We handle the daily routine and try to stay out of the heat. It’s just an office with regular people doing regular work. We like it here because it is close to everything we need.
