Aaren Stones & Granites

We are located over in Andheri West, specifically in the Shah Industrial Estate on Veera Desai Road. If you know where Afcons India is, we are right across from them. This area is always full of trucks and people moving things around, which fits what we do. Dealing with stones and granites is heavy, dusty work, so the yard is usually filled with large slabs leaning against the walls. We spend our days measuring pieces, cutting them to size, and loading them up for delivery. It is not the kind of job where you stay clean. There is water everywhere from the cutting machines and the sound of stone being worked on is pretty loud. We have all sorts of granite colors and types of stone scattered around the space. Most of our visitors are contractors or homeowners who are doing up their kitchens or floors. They come here to see the actual material because a picture doesn't really show the texture right. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, watching Veera Desai Road change and get more crowded over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have. It is a straightforward business without any bells and whistles. We just make sure the stone is cut right and gets where it needs to go on time. We also help with loading the trucks because those slabs are really difficult to move alone.
