We operate out of number 34 on the 3rd Main Road, just off Takpad Road in Defence Colony. It’s a relatively quiet area compared to the main markets. Our office is small and usually filled with files and papers. We do consultancy work, which means a lot of talking to people and looking over various documents all day. It’s not very exciting to look at, but we stay busy. We’ve been in Defence Colony for quite some time now. People from around the neighborhood come to us when they need some advice or help with their paperwork. We don't have a big reception area or fancy furniture. It’s just a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We try to keep things simple and straightforward. If we can help with a problem, we say so. If not, we don't waste anyone's time. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed here. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice. It’s a local business run by local people. We know the regulars and the other shopkeepers nearby. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. We just show up every day and do our best with the files on our desks. It’s a decent way to earn a living in a nice part of town. We even have a small garden patch outside the entrance that we try to keep alive.
