Aad Food Processing Private Limited

Our processing unit is tucked away in Shikalgar Chawl, right on Dr. P. R. Patil Road. Being opposite the slaughter house and off Dr. Ambedkar Road makes it a very industrial and busy part of the city. We do food processing here, so the machines are running for most of the day. It’s loud and busy, and there’s always someone moving something. The space isn't big or fancy, but it gets the job done. We’ve had to fit a lot of equipment into this area, so things are a bit tight. We spend our time managing the production line and making sure the staff knows what to do. It’s a lot of manual work and monitoring the temperatures and timings. The neighborhood is full of small workshops and businesses like ours. We don’t have a marketing department or a sales team in suits. We just focus on the food we are processing and getting it packed up for the next stage. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow roads around the chawl, but we make it work. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment, and we’ve been here long enough to know all the local characters. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily output. It’s honest work in a tough part of town, and we’re okay with that. The grease and the noise are just things you learn to live with.
