3 A Associates Incorporated

We are based in Malad West, specifically in Homeland Apartment on the 3rd Cross Lane in Lokhandwala. 3 A Associates Incorporated is located in room 306. It’s a residential-style building, so the office feels more like a home than a cold business space. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and have gotten to know the other people in the building. It’s a nice spot in Lokhandwala, and even though the lanes can get a bit crowded with parked cars, it’s a good place to work. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly paperwork and talking to people on the phone. We don't have any polished mission statements or flashy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to get our work done. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, and other times it’s a bit more relaxed. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation because we aren't one. We are just a local team doing our thing in Malad. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on what needs to be done each day. People who come to see us usually appreciate that we are just normal folks working in a normal apartment building. It suits us just fine and we like the neighborhood.
