Jv Agri Commodities is tucked away in Room No 3 of the Bhimji Patel Chawl on Eksar Road. If you know Borivali West, you know the Koliwada area gets pretty crowded. It’s a very local vibe here. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small room where we handle the commodity side of things. It can be a bit noisy with everything happening outside on Eksar Road, but it’s our home base. We deal with agricultural trading mostly. Most of the work involves talking to suppliers and keeping track of the markets. It’s a modest setup in a traditional chawl building. We like it because we are right in the middle of the community. People know where to find us if they need to discuss a trade or a delivery. It isn't fancy, but it serves our purpose well. Mumbai life is fast, and we just try to keep up with the daily grind. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room. You just come in and talk to whoever is available. We handle the paperwork and the calls from this little office. It’s honest work and we’ve been here for a bit now. Borivali is a good place to be, even if the space is a bit tight sometimes. We just focus on the commodities and getting things moved from this little spot in the chawl.
