Farm2Market Trading Private Limited

Our place is located in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli, within the MHB Colony. We are in Group N, building 309/3852. Vikhroli is a busy suburb of Mumbai, and we are right in the thick of it. Farm2Market Trading is the name we go by. Most of our time is spent trying to connect where food is grown to where it is sold in the city. It is a lot of logistical work and constant phone calls to drivers. The office is small and usually smells like chai. We have files piled up on the floor because we ran out of cabinet space a long time ago. It is not a corporate office at all. It feels more like a small workshop where we solve daily problems. We started this because we saw how much produce was going to waste during the trip to the market. We do not have a fancy mission statement. We just want to get the vegetables and fruits to the shops while they are still fresh. Neighbors from the colony often stop by to say hello. It is a friendly environment. We do not wear suits or ties here. Usually, it is just jeans and shirts because we might need to head down to the loading docks at any moment. It is honest work. The traffic can be a real headache, but that is just part of living and working in Mumbai. We have learned to plan around the train schedules and the rain. It is a busy life, but we like it.
