Dhamija Marble & Tiles

Our place is on Bhatinda Road, right near the Patiala Eye Hospital and Lasik Laser Centre. It’s a good spot because the hospital is a landmark everyone recognizes. We deal in marble and tiles, which means our yard is always filled with heavy stone slabs and boxes. Marble is heavy work, and we spend a lot of time carefully moving pieces around so they don't crack. The dust from the stone is just a part of our daily life. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s a working yard and a simple display area. People from around the area come to us when they are building their houses. We show them the different types of marble we have and the tile patterns that are currently in stock. It can get quite hot out on Bhatinda Road during the summer months, but we just keep going. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we have and how much it costs. The staff here has been doing this for a long time, so we know how to handle the material properly. It’s a basic business run by regular people. We just aim to provide what the local builders and homeowners need without any unnecessary complications or corporate polish. It is a lot of work but we have gotten used to the pace.
