Keshav Masala is in Bhadiyad, which is part of the Morbi - 2 area. We’ve been operating out of Bhadiyad Part for quite some time now. We make masalas, which is a big part of the food culture around here. Our setup is pretty simple and local. We don't have a massive factory with thousands of workers. It’s just a small group of us who know how to mix and grind the spices. The air in our workspace is always thick with the smell of different masalas, which is something you just get used to. We don't go for any fancy packaging or big advertising campaigns. We just put our product in simple bags and let the spices speak for themselves. Morbi is known for its hard-working people, and we consider ourselves part of that group. We spend our time checking the raw ingredients and making sure the grinders are working right. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves, but that’s just how it goes when you run a small business. We don't use any corporate language because we aren't a corporation. We are just a local masala business trying to provide something decent for the kitchens in our area. It’s a simple way of life and we take pride in the work we do every day without making a fuss about it. It keeps us busy enough.
