Moradabad is famous for its brass work, but we are doing something different here with our IT setup. Malti Nagar is a busy little neighborhood. Our office is right there among the houses and other small shops. It’s a two-room office that we’ve made work for us. We have our computers lined up against the wall and some old shelves for all our books and folders. The 244001 area is always full of life. You can hear the sounds of the street all day, from the rickshaws to people talking outside. It’s a bit different from those quiet corporate parks, but we like the energy. We usually have a lot of work to get through so the days go by pretty fast. We take our breaks at a small dhaba nearby or sometimes someone brings in sweets to share. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. We aren't a massive company with a huge budget. We just have our small space in Deputy Ganj and we make the most of it. It’s where we do our daily work and keep things moving. It’s a simple, local business through and through.
