We are located at Shop No 5 in Jila Market, right on the Delhi Road here in Moradabad. The shop is at Pakhwada. It’s been here for a while and we just handle the day-to-day things that come through the door. Usually, it's pretty busy around the market area, especially with the traffic coming off the main road. We keep things simple. If you walk past the Jila Market entrance, you'll see us. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular shop where we do our work and talk to the people who stop by. Most days are spent sorting out orders or talking to regular folks from around Pakhwada. Sometimes the weather makes it slow, but mostly we stay occupied with whatever needs doing. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It gets noisy with all the trucks and cars on Delhi Road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve seen the market change over the years, more shops opening up and people coming from further away now. Our spot in Shop No 5 isn't hard to find if you know the area. We just try to keep things moving and help out anyone who comes in with a question or needs something specific from the shop. It's practical work. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It's more about being here and being available when the shutters are up. We like the local vibe.
