We've been over here at Phase 11 for a bit now. People come by the office when they're looking to figure out money stuff. It's usually pretty busy but we try to keep things moving. Financing isn't always easy to talk about, especially when you're just starting out or trying to get something new going. We sit down with folks right here in Mohali. Most days it's just about looking at the numbers and seeing what actually works. There's no fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we can chat. It gets loud outside sometimes with the traffic, but that’s just how it is around here. We deal with all sorts of people. Some know exactly what they need, others are a bit lost. It’s fine either way. Dealing with banks can be a headache, so we try to make it less of one. We handle the paperwork mostly. It's a lot of forms and checking boxes, but it has to get done properly. We aren't some giant chain with offices everywhere. Just this one spot in Phase 11. If you've lived in Mohali a while, you probably know the area. It’s easy to find once you’re in the right block. We’re just regular people working here, trying to help other locals get their finances sorted without too much fuss. It's honest work and we've been doing it long enough to know the routine.
