Khyber Placers

We’ve been at 1849 in Phase 5 for a while now. Mohali is where we set up shop because it’s easy to get to for most people. We handle recruitment, mostly helping people find jobs and companies find staff. It’s not fancy here, just a regular office where we look through resumes all day. Sometimes the tea lady comes late, but we get the work done anyway. People walk in looking for work, and we try to sort them out based on what’s actually available. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking emails. We aren’t a big firm with glass walls and leather chairs. It's just us in Phase 5. If you know the neighborhood, you know where we are. Dealing with hiring can be a bit of a headache for some business owners, so they come to us to handle the paperwork and the initial talks. We keep files on everyone who stops by. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big company needs fifty people at once. We just sit here, go through the lists, and see who fits the bill. It’s straightforward work without any big secrets. We just know a lot of people in the area and who is looking for work. Mohali has changed a lot since we started, but our spot in Phase 5 stays pretty much the same. It's a decent place to work from. We’re usually here by nine in the morning.
