Sun Metals

Up at 885, Gillco Heights in Kharar, that’s where Sun Metals is located. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn’t working, but the view from the window is okay. We spend most of our time dealing with metal supplies and the paperwork that goes with it. It’s a small office, and things can get a bit cluttered with samples and catalogs lying around. Kharar has grown so much lately, and we’ve seen a lot more traffic around Gillco Heights than when we first started. We’re not a huge corporation with different departments for everything. Usually, the person who answers the phone is also the one who packs the small orders or checks the invoices. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We have a small kettle for tea, and that’s basically our break room. The sound of the road is always there in the background, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish our tasks so we can go home to our families. It’s a simple business model: buy, sell, and keep track of the numbers. Sometimes the computers act up, or the internet goes down, and we just have to wait it out. It’s just a normal day at Sun Metals. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up. We just do our best to stay on top of things.
