Our place is located in Village-Chanalon, out on Jhingra Road near Kurali. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town. We have a decent sized facility here where we do industrial work. It’s surrounded by fields, so it’s actually quite nice when the weather is good. The road can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, which makes deliveries a bit tricky. We have a bunch of workers from the nearby villages who come in every shift. Inside, it’s all about the machines and getting the production done. We don't have a big corporate lobby with plants and sofas. It’s a functional space with concrete floors and high ceilings. There’s a small office near the entrance where the paperwork gets handled. We deal with metal and fabrication mostly. It’s a lot of heat and noise during the peak hours. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Most people around Kurali know the factory on Jhingra Road. We don't put out brochures or anything. We just focus on the jobs we have. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time turning around in our yard if they are too big. We just make it work day by day. It’s a plain, honest place to work. We enjoy the quiet of the village after the machines are turned off at night. The air feels a lot fresher here than in the city.
