Singla Granites

We are located at Plot No. 704-705 in Sector-82 of the JLPL Industrial Area. Singla Granites has been here since this part of the industrial zone started filling up with other businesses. It is a wide-open space where we keep all the granite slabs. If you walk through the yard, you will see all sorts of colors and patterns, though they look a bit dull until they get polished up. The sound of the saws is pretty much constant during the day. We cut the stone to the sizes people ask for, which is a loud and wet process because of the water used to keep the blades cool. It is an industrial area, so it is not exactly a place for a Sunday stroll. We get a lot of contractors and builders coming through to pick out materials for their projects. Sometimes a homeowner comes in, looking a bit lost among all the heavy machinery and slabs. We just show them what is available on the racks. The office is small and mostly just for handling the billing and taking calls. We do not have a sales team or anyone like that. It is just us doing the work. The stacks of granite can be dangerous if you are not careful, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything is braced right. It is a lot of physical labor, lifting and moving things with the crane. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready as they come in each day.
