We are located at 32, Yog Vihar, which is in the Baltana area of Zirakpur. It’s pretty close to Mohali, so we get people coming from both sides. It’s a bit of a mix here between houses and small businesses. Our shop is just a regular spot on the street. We’ve been here for a while, and most of the people in the neighborhood know us by now. It’s not a huge operation. We just have our space where we keep our stock and handle our daily business. In the rainy season, the roads around here can get a bit muddy, which makes things a little messy, but we just deal with it. We spend most of our time talking to customers or checking the inventory we have in the back. There’s a small tea shop just a few doors down where we go when we need a break. The atmosphere in Baltana is usually quite lively, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us from someone else in the area. It’s a simple setup with a couple of chairs and a desk where we do the accounts. We like being part of this community. It’s a good place to be if you want to stay busy but also want to know your neighbors. We just keep doing our thing every day.
