MARINE UTILITY EQUIPMENTS

Marine Utility Equipments is over at F-185 in Phase-VIII B. This is part of the Industrial Focal Point in S.A.S. Nagar. It’s a heavy industrial area, so there are always big machines and trucks around. We work with equipment meant for marine use, which means a lot of heavy metal and specialized parts. Our shop floor is big and has that smell of oil and cold steel. In the winter, it gets quite cold in the warehouse, but we just wear extra layers and keep working. We aren’t really into the whole corporate thing. We’re just guys who know how to handle utility gear. Most of our day is spent checking specs and making sure everything is built solid. The Focal Point is a busy place to be, with workshops all around us doing different things. We usually have a lot of crates waiting to be shipped out to the coast. It’s a long way from the ocean here in Punjab, but we make the gear that ends up there. We’ve got our own way of doing things, and it usually involves a lot of manual labor and long hours. We don’t have a fancy showroom, just the workshop where the real work happens. If you’re looking for us, we’re in the middle of the industrial block. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders out on schedule.
