We are located over at D-87 in Phase-VII Industrial Area in Mohali. It’s a typical factory setting with the sounds of machinery hum throughout the day. The sun hits the metal roof pretty hard in the summer, so we keep the big doors open for whatever breeze we can get. There’s always a forklift moving somewhere or someone unloading a truck at the gate. We’ve got a small office section, but most of the action happens on the floor where the real work gets done. It’s a lot of metalwork and electrical components. You’ll find piles of shavings in the corners and the smell of cutting oil in the air. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we usually just talk over the noise of the machines. The guys have their lunch together under the shade of the tree out front when the weather allows. It’s a busy place and things can get a bit messy when we have a big order going out. We’ve seen other shops in Mohali come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put by just doing what we do. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know. The floor is stained from years of production, and every scratch on the walls has a story. We just keep our heads down and keep the output moving. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the night fixing them so the morning shift can start. It’s a lot of sweat and hard work, but we get it done.
