Shanti Steels

Shanti Steels operates out of Plot No. 253 in Phase I of the Industrial Area. Our location is right in the middle of a very busy industrial zone where something is always happening. The plot we have is a good size for storing our steel, though it often feels like we could use even more space. We have been in Phase I for a long time and we know most of the other business owners on this street. It is a gritty place to work, with lots of trucks moving in and out and the constant sound of machinery in the background. We don't have any polished showrooms or fancy offices here. It is just a place for work, with metal stacked up and workers busy with their tasks. The weather really affects how the day goes; when it’s hot, the steel gets almost too warm to touch, and when it rains, the yard gets a bit muddy. We just deal with those things as they come. Mostly we just spend the day handling orders and making sure the steel goes where it needs to. It is not a glamorous business, but it is what we know and we have been doing it for years. We prefer a simple approach without any complicated corporate rules. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That is what life at Plot 253 is like every day.
