Saini Engg. Works

We are based at Plot No. 53 in Phase-9 of the Industrial Area. This part of the city is always busy and full of life. Saini Engg. Works is a family-run place that my father started many years ago. We handle a lot of different engineering tasks, mostly involving heavy metal parts. The workshop floor is usually a bit oily and there are always piles of metal scrap tucked away in the corners. We use some large machines that make a lot of noise, so we often have to shout just to hear each other over the clanging. It’s a good group of guys working here and we’ve been together for a long time. We don't have an HR department or any fancy office staff. If there’s a problem or something needs to be decided, we just talk it over while we are having our lunch. We mostly work with local clients who need specific parts for their own machines. They know we don’t use any complicated talk or try to sell them things they don't actually need. We just give them a price and a date when it will be ready. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit and catch up on the news. The roof has a small leak in one corner when it rains heavily, but we just put a bucket there and keep going. It’s an honest, plain business. We show up, do the work, and go home.
