S. S. Engineering

We are based over at House No.-116 in the Punjab Modern Complex. S. S. Engineering has been running out of Bultana in Jirakhpur for a good number of years now. It’s not your typical industrial site, since we are tucked away in the complex, but it works for us. We have all our tools and equipment set up exactly how we like them. It started out as a small workshop in the back and slowly took over more space as we took on more projects. The team here is small. We all know each other well and everyone knows their job. We don’t have a front desk person or a marketing department. If the floor is a bit dusty, it’s because we’ve been busy working. We focus on getting the engineering parts right rather than making the office look pretty. Being in Jirakhpur means we get a lot of local work, but people from further away find us too. We usually have several things going on at once, so it can get a bit loud with the machines. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when a big job comes in, it gets a bit chaotic for a day or two. That’s just the nature of this kind of work. We aren't a big factory, just a group of people who know how to build and fix things. We take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the pile of paperwork on the desk.
