N. D. Pharmaceuticals

Working in the pharmaceutical side of things at Phase-Viii means a lot of checking and re-checking everything we do. N. D. Pharmaceuticals is located at E-82 in the industrial area, and it is a place where we have to be very careful about being clean. We wear our lab coats and masks even when it is hot outside because that is just the rule. The machines for packaging the medicines make a clicking sound all day long, and we have to watch them to make sure nothing gets stuck or mislabeled. It is not the kind of job where you can daydream because mistakes are not allowed in this line of work. We spend a lot of time in the warehouse area moving boxes and making sure the temperature stays right for the products. Phase-Viii is a busy place with a lot of other factories, but we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the production line. We do not have a big fancy lobby for visitors because we are mostly focused on the back-end work of getting the orders out to the distributors. Some days are long, especially when we have a big batch that needs to be finished by a certain time. We just put our heads down and get through the work, making sure every box that leaves E-82 is exactly what it is supposed to be. It is a serious business but we are used to the routine.
