Khalsa Driving School

If you are living around Sector-115 in Mohali, you might have seen our cars driving around. We are based in Kharar but we cover a lot of ground, including Chandigarh. It’s a bit of a mix here because the roads in Kharar are different from the ones in the city. We teach people at Khalsa Driving School how to navigate both. It is a lot of work because traffic rules are taken quite seriously in Chandigarh, so we have to make sure our students are really paying attention. We spend most of our day on the road. It’s not just about steering; it’s about watching the mirrors and not panicking when a bus comes too close. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve seen people who were terrified of the wheel become decent drivers. We don't promise anything crazy, just that we will sit there and help you learn. The office is in Mohali, but the car is where the real work happens. Sometimes we end up near the university or moving through the local sectors. It’s a practical job. We show you how the gears work, how to park without hitting the curb, and how to stay calm when the roads get messy. It’s just us helping neighbors get mobile so they can get to work or run their errands without needing a ride from someone else. It is good to see people finally getting their own independence.
