Preet Driving School

Our shop is number 2 in Desu Majra, right there in Kharar and very close to the Government School. It’s a handy location for people living in the area. We also serve Chandigarh, so I end up driving back and forth between the two quite a bit. The roads here can get pretty messy with traffic and construction, but that’s actually the best way to learn how to drive properly. If you can handle the roads around Kharar, you can handle almost anywhere. I started this school in Mohali because I saw a lot of people struggling to pass their tests. My approach is just to stay calm and keep practicing the basics. We don't have any high-tech equipment, just a standard car with dual controls so I can step in if things go wrong. Most of my students are local kids or people who moved here for work. The shop itself is small and functional. I spend more time in the car than inside anyway. Sometimes the weather is bad or the traffic is a nightmare, but we still go out for the lessons. It’s all about building up that confidence over time. I try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There’s no pressure to get it right immediately. We just keep at it until the student feels ready. It’s just a regular local service for regular people. Being near the Govt School helps people find us quite easily.
