Dell International Services

Our place is House No. 1160 in Phase 9, Mohlai. Dell International Services operates out of this house, which makes it feel very different from a standard office building. We are in a residential area, so it’s mostly houses and families around us. It’s a quiet street in this part of Punjab. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces over time. There are desks where there used to be normal furniture. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when everyone is in the office at the same time. We have a small yard out front where we can park a few scooters or bikes. Most days are pretty much the same for us. We come in, check the messages, and start the work that needs doing. There’s a kitchen where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes in the fridge. It’s a very relaxed way to work compared to the big city offices. We don't have to deal with the constant noise of the city center. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks or people walk by, but that’s about it for noise. We like being in Phase 9 because it’s easy for everyone to get to. The house has been our base for a while now. We keep things simple and focus on getting the tasks finished by the end of the day. It’s a very practical and honest way to run things for us.
