Virk Universal

Virk Universal is based out of HL 87 on the first floor in Phase 2 of Mohali. We have been in this part of the city for a while now. Phase 2 is a nice area, a bit of a mix of residential and small businesses, so it is usually quite active. Being on the first floor is handy because we aren't too far off the street, but we still get a little bit of a break from the noise of the traffic. The office is just a regular room that we have set up for our work. It is nothing too special to look at, just desks, some chairs, and our equipment. We usually get in fairly early and stay until the work for the day is finished. Mohali has grown a lot recently, but our little corner feels pretty much the same as it always has. We know a lot of the people who work in the nearby buildings, and we often see the same faces every day when we go out to grab a quick tea or some lunch. We don't go in for anything flashy. Our focus is just on the tasks at hand and making sure we stay on top of everything. It is a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We like the location and the fact that it is easy for people to find once they are in Phase 2. There is no big marketing team here, just us.
