Art Education

Started this place in Mohali because people needed a spot to just sit and draw. The address is 140308, and if you walk by, you will probably see someone through the window trying to get a sketch right. It isn’t fancy at all. We have some heavy wooden tables that have seen better days and there are paint stains on the floor that just won’t come out no matter how much we scrub them. The light in the afternoon is pretty good though. We keep a lot of paper and different kinds of charcoal in the back room. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when everyone is working at once. There is no big sign outside, just a small one. People usually find us because they live nearby or their friends told them we have space. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know a bit about painting and clay. Most days are quiet until about four when the local kids show up after their regular classes. It is a good place to be if you do not mind getting your hands dirty. We do not have air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that make a clicking noise, but it stays cool enough. We have been here for a while now and the neighbors do not complain about the noise anymore. It is just Art Education, a plain building in Mohali where things get made.
