S N Public School

Out here in Lohandi, life moves at its own pace. S N Public School sits right in the Mussaffarganj district of Mirzapur. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when the school bell rings and all the kids start running out. We’ve got a mix of ages here, from the little ones to the older students. The building is basic, but it serves us well. We do a lot of our own maintenance. If a desk breaks or a window needs fixing, we usually handle it ourselves or call someone from down the street. Being in 231001 means we are part of the local community. Parents stop by to chat about their kids, and sometimes they stay longer than they should, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us teachers and the administrative staff trying to make sure classes happen on time. The summers are really hot, so we rely on the big trees outside for some shade during breaks. Mirzapur has its challenges, like the occasional road block or heavy rain that turns the paths into mud. But we keep the doors open and the chalkboards ready. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular school doing its bit for the neighborhood kids in Lohandi and the surrounding district.
