L B C Global Exporter is situated on the third floor of the Mahatma Gandhi Shopping Center. We are at Door No. 10. The shopping center is a well-known landmark in this area, so it is quite easy for people to find us. Being on the third floor means we have to climb a lot of stairs when the lift is not working, which happens more often than we would like. Our office is not very large. It is just a single room where we handle all our export documents and phone calls. We have been here for a long time and have seen many other shops come and go. We don't have a fancy reception area or a big sign outside. It is just a simple door with our name on it. Inside, the walls are covered with maps and calendars to help us keep track of everything. We spend most of our day talking to people in different time zones, so it can get a bit hectic. We don't use any big corporate language or try to act like a giant firm. We are just a few people working hard in a small office. The shopping center can be quite noisy during the day with all the shoppers, but it stays relatively quiet up here on the third floor. We like the location because it is convenient for everyone. We don't do much promotion. We just focus on our daily exports and getting things shipped. It’s nothing fancy, just steady work.
