Krunal Travels is based in G 4 of the Jay Gurudutt Complex. We are right at Modhera Char Rasta in the Mehsana Industrial Estate. You’ll find us near the Hanuman Temple, which is a very well-known spot around here. Our office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just walk in off the street. We’ve been in this complex for a while and we know all the other shop owners nearby. The atmosphere is very local and down-to-earth. We don't have a shiny glass storefront or a big marketing budget. We mostly rely on people walking by or folks who have used our services before. We spend a lot of time arranging cars and buses for people who need to travel across Gujarat. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s very quiet and we just sit and drink tea. We don't try to sound like a big travel agency. We are just a small team working out of a small office. We know the drivers and we know the roads, which is what matters most in this business. If someone has a problem with a booking, we fix it right then and there. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being here when people need a ride. We open up early and stay until the last job is done for the day.
