This branch is located right near the Police Line in the G.H.B. area of Mehsana. It’s a pretty well-known spot for people who live around here. We handle the usual stuff like accounts and papers that people need for their money. It isn't one of those massive offices with hundreds of people. We’ve got a smaller team here and we see the same faces coming in every week. The building itself is part of the housing board area, so it feels a lot more like a neighborhood place than a big cold institution. We spend a lot of time at our desks or helping people at the counter who aren't quite sure which form to fill out. It can get a bit hectic around the start of the month when everyone has things to settle. We just try to keep the line moving and help people out as best as we can. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up or the printers get jammed, and we just have to deal with it and keep going. We don’t really do anything fancy or promotional. People know where we are because we are right by the 12/Police Line. It’s a practical location for the locals. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in Mehsana. It’s just a regular part of the daily routine for us and our customers, and we like being part of this local community.
