Our workshop is at number 9, Punjabi Pura, tucked away behind Sharda Place on Delhi Road. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years. We deal with auto parts, mostly focusing on components for bikes and cars. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes with all the stock and the tools lying around. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just a workspace where we get things done. When you walk in, you’ll likely see someone working on a machine or sorting through a pile of metal fittings. The air usually smells like oil and metal shavings. Delhi Road is always loud with traffic, so we're used to the noise. We have a few regular customers who have been coming to us since we started. We don’t go in for big sales pitches or anything. If a customer needs a part, we see if we have it or if we can make it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we always get back to it. It’s a small, local operation. We know the people around Punjabi Pura, and they know us. We just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes through the door. It’s a simple life, focused on mechanics and making sure the parts we sell actually work for the people buying them. We aren't trying to be anything we're not.
