The Global Fusion

Our place is at 161 Civil Lines, which is a pretty well-known part of Meerut. We are right across from the Kutia and very close to Meerut College. Because of the college, we see a lot of students and staff walking around all day. It’s a bit more of a relaxed area compared to the main markets, but it still gets its fair share of activity. The building is older and has its own quirks, like a door that sticks sometimes when it’s raining. We’ve tried to make it comfortable inside without making it look too stiff or formal. It’s a place where you can just sit down and not feel like you have to act a certain way. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the ordering of supplies. It keeps us busy, that’s for sure. Sometimes the college students stay a bit too long just talking, but we don’t mind. It gives the place a bit of life. We don’t have a lot of rules or a big handbook on how to do things. We just figure it out as we go along. Being in Civil Lines is nice because of the trees and the slightly wider roads. It’s a good spot for us and we’ve been quite content here at number 161 for some time now.
