We work on machines for the food industry. It is a lot of stainless steel and heavy parts. The workshop can get pretty loud when the welding starts or when we are testing out a new conveyor belt. It’s a messy business sometimes, with grease and metal shavings everywhere, but we clean up at the end of the day. We aren't a giant factory with hundreds of people. On rainy days, the roof leaks a tiny bit in the corner, but we just put a bucket there and keep working. It doesn't slow us down much.
