Shiv Physiotherapy Center is located on Eastern Kutchery Road, which is right near the Meghdoot Cinema. If you know the cinema, you know exactly where we are. This place is usually full of people trying to get their movement back after an injury or surgery. It’s not a quiet, still office; there is usually someone doing exercises, someone on a table getting treated, and a bit of chatter. We have various machines and tools for physical therapy, but a lot of the work is just manual stuff. People come here with back pain, stiff necks, or maybe a sports injury that won’t go away. We see people of all ages, from kids to the elderly who just want to walk a bit easier. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and informal. We don't wear fancy suits here; we’re mostly in comfortable clothes because the work is physical. Sometimes it takes a few weeks or even months of coming in regularly to see any real change, and we just try to keep people motivated to show up. It’s a local spot where people from all over Meerut come to feel a bit better. We aren't fancy, we just have the space and the equipment to help people work on their recovery. That’s pretty much the whole story of what happens here every day. We just focus on the stretches and the exercises that help get people moving again. Most days are busy, but we manage to fit everyone in eventually.
