This physio place is located on the ground floor of Prem-G Plaza. It's on Western Kutchery Road. If you know where the Bombay Paint House is, we are right near there. It makes it easier to find us. We deal with various rehab stuff here. People come in with back pain or after they've had some kind of injury. The space isn't huge, but we have enough room for the mats and the machines we use. We started this clinic because we saw a lot of people in the area needing help with their movement. It's a straightforward setup. No big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk and the treatment area. We spend most of our day helping people stretch or do their exercises. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the afternoons, especially on Mondays. We try to keep a steady pace. The building is easy to spot once you're on the main road. We've been at this location for a bit now and most of the shops around here know us. We just focus on the physical therapy side of things. It’s practical work. We have a few different rooms for treatments depending on what someone needs. The lighting is a bit bright, but it's good for seeing what we're doing. We keep a stack of old magazines in the corner for anyone waiting. We don't use any complicated booking systems, just a big notebook usually. It works for us. The plaza gets busy during the day with all the other offices around. We're just glad to be on the ground floor so it’s easy for everyone to walk in.
