Prayas Physiotherapy Centre

Our physiotherapy centre, Prayas, is situated on Roorkee Road in Meerut. A good landmark to look for is the Raj Mandir, which is right opposite us. Roorkee Road is a major path, so it gets a lot of traffic, especially during the morning commute. The centre itself is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people who are having trouble walking to get inside. It’s a basic setup with some treatment tables and a few machines we use for exercises. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve been that way for a while now. I’ve lived in Meerut my whole life, so I know this road like the back of my hand. The noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to the horns and the buses going by after a few days. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know what we’re doing. People come in with all sorts of aches, and we just do what we can to help them move better. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. No fancy uniforms or receptionists with headsets. Just the address 250001 on Roorkee Road. If you get to Raj Mandir, you’ve basically found us. It’s a busy spot but we like it that way because it keeps us on our toes all day long.
