S. S. Kings Exporter

Our spot is Bs-10 inside Metro Plaza. If you know the area, you know the plaza can get pretty crowded on the weekends, but we’re usually tucked away doing our own thing. S. S. Kings Exporter has been operating out of this unit for some time. It’s a practical space. We have some shelves, a couple of desks, and a lot of packing materials. It’s not exactly a showroom, more of a working office where we handle all the export details. Being in a plaza means we see a lot of people walking by, but most of our work happens through phone calls and emails. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the weights are correct on everything we send out. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, and it gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we just open the door and keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the daily list without too many mistakes. It's a lot of physical work, lifting boxes and taping them up. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the couriers to arrive. Sometimes they are late, and we end up staying past closing time just to make sure the day's work is actually done. That is just how it goes for us here at Bs-10. It is a lot of routine, but it is what we know.
