We've been working out of our office on Tilak Road for a bit now. It is on the third floor of the Hari Priya building here in Meerut. Most days it’s just us sitting around our desks, trying to figure out technical problems and making things work right for people. It isn't a huge setup, just a regular office space at Flat 303 where we get our daily tasks done. Meerut is home for us, so being right here on this busy road makes it easy for folks to find the place if they need to stop by. Sometimes the traffic outside gets noisy, but inside we are usually focused on the screens. We started this because we liked working with tech and wanted to do it on our own terms. It’s a small team, and we all know each other pretty well by now. We don’t have fancy lobby areas or anything like that. It’s mostly just computers, cables, and some coffee mugs scattered around. People in the neighborhood know us as the tech guys in the building. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for big talk. If there is a job to do, we just sit down and finish it. Being in Uttar Pradesh means we deal with all sorts of local challenges, but that is just part of the day. We are just a group of people working hard at Rsg Tech Solutions, trying to stay busy and helpful. I guess it's not much, but it's our own.
