Rajat Gupta Associates

Our office, Rajat Gupta Associates, is located on the first floor over on Nandi Road in New Mandi. We are right across from the Allahabad Bank, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us. It is a busy part of Muzaffarnagar, and we have been working out of this spot for some time now. We mainly focus on architecture and the paperwork that comes with building things in the city. Most days are spent sitting at the desks going over blueprints or heading out to sites to see how the construction is going. It is a lot of back and forth, honestly. We deal with all sorts of projects, some big and some just small renovations for neighbors. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but it is a quiet enough place to get work finished. We aren't big on fancy talks or slick presentations. Usually, it is just a conversation over some tea about what needs to be built. We know the local rules and how things work around here, which helps avoid some of the usual headaches. Sometimes things get delayed because that is just how building goes, but we stay on top of it as much as we can. It is just us here, working through the plans and trying to make sure the walls end up where they are supposed to be. We just keep things moving along without making things too complicated for the owners.
