Prachand Durge Jagran Party

Prachand Durge Jagran Party is over in Nai Basti, Meerut. We are located near the Shivhari Mandir Colony. The Hapur Railway Line is close by, so we hear the trains a lot while we are working. We also have the Sabun Godam nearby. Our place is close to Naiyo Wali Dharmshala. We are a group that does Jagrans and religious songs for people. Usually, we are working while everyone else is sleeping. We sing through the night until the sun comes up. It can be very tiring, but we are used to it by now. We carry our own instruments and sound boxes to every venue. The roads in Nai Basti can be quite narrow, so moving the gear is a bit of a struggle sometimes. We aren't a big company with a website or anything like that. We just have our name and our reputation in the colony. People know us because they have seen us at the local temples. We take our work seriously but we do not act like we are better than anyone. It is a humble life for us. We spend a lot of time together as a group, practicing the hymns. Sometimes we share a tea at the local stall before we head out to a venue. We just want to keep the tradition going in our own small way. It feels good to be part of the community here.
