We have been operating out of 61 Bara Bazar for quite some time now. Kanker Khera is a busy part of Meerut, and being right in the market means we see a lot of people every day. We aren't a big corporation or anything fancy like that. It’s just a group of us who put together Jagrans and religious events for the local families around here. Our space is usually filled with carpets, some old sound boxes, and the instruments we use for the night prayers. It can get a little crowded in the shop when we are preparing for a big night. The Bara Bazar area is always noisy, which fits the energy of what we do. We don't have a website or any polished brochures to show you. Most people just walk in or hear about us from a neighbor who had a Jagran last month. We handle the setup, the singing, and the pack-up afterwards. It’s hard work and the nights are long, often going until sunrise. We’ve seen many kids in the neighborhood grow up and then call us for their own family events. That’s just how it works here in Kanker Khera. We stay focused on the work and don't worry much about the rest. If you need us, you know where the shop is. We’re usually around unless we’re out at a site setting up the stage or picking up supplies.
