We don't have a fancy reception desk with a uniform person standing there all day. It’s usually just one of us in regular clothes handling the keys. We know the local streets well and can tell people where to find a good meal nearby. The paperwork is the boring part, but it has to be done to keep the lights on. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just providing a place for people who need it. It’s a straightforward life here. We open up in the morning, do the work, and close up when the day is finished.
