Radisson Hotel ,Delhi

Even though the name says Delhi, we're actually over in Jagriti Vihar, Meerut. It’s at 296/4. It can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here, but it's where we work. We handle things for the Radisson name from this location. The building is in a residential-looking patch, so it's not a giant skyscraper like you might expect. We have a few rooms where we manage the bookings and the local staff details. Meerut is a bit different from Delhi, a little slower but still busy in its own way. The office has some old wooden desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't really have a big lobby here for people to sit in. It's more of a functional space where the administrative work happens. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad on our scooters. We start early in the morning and stay until the work is done. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook with people asking for directions to the actual hotel. We try to be helpful and explain where they need to go. There’s a small garden area outside that we try to keep neat, though the summer heat makes it hard. It’s just a group of us working to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. We don't do much marketing. We just focus on the daily tasks that come our way.
