Octans Realtors Private Limited is also situated at A-310, Meerut Mall. We share this space and focus on the real estate side of things in the city. Working out of the mall is convenient for us and for people who want to stop by. We deal with buying, selling, and managing properties around Meerut. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. We aren't sitting in leather chairs all day. Most of the time we are checking out leads or talking to owners. The office is simple. We have our computers, a few chairs, and a lot of files. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just tell people what we know about the local market. Some days the office is quiet and other days everyone seems to call at once. That’s just the way it goes in this line of work. We’ve been in the Meerut Mall for a while, so we are used to the noise and the crowds. It’s a good spot for a real estate office. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things moving. There isn't any big corporate mystery to it. We just help people with property and try to do a decent job of it every day. It’s how we make our living. The mall closes late, so we are often here after most offices have shut down.
