We are located at 186/6 in Jai Devi Nagar, which is over in Meerut. This part of Uttar Pradesh is always buzzing with activity. Our office is a simple place on a street that sees a lot of foot traffic. The address is 250001, right in the heart of things. We’ve got a small sign out front, but it’s nothing too big. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Real estate involves a lot of documents, so we have files everywhere. Sumangalam Propmart Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this Jai Devi Nagar spot for a while now. We know the local tea seller and the guy who runs the stationery shop down the road. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a stray cow or a delivery truck, and everything just stops for a minute. That’s just life in Meerut.
