Our office is at number 6 in Aditya Palace, right on Garh Road. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded during the day with all the cars and people moving about. We’ve been set up here for a while, dealing with houses and shops mostly. It’s not a big team, just a few of us who know the local streets and which buildings are decent. People come in with all sorts of requests, some looking for a small place to start a shop and others wanting a home for their family. We don’t use big words or try to sell you something you don't need. Usually, it's just sitting down, having some tea, and looking at the files we have. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we manage. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound but it keeps the air moving during the afternoon heat. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to different sites to check things out. Garh Road has changed a lot since we started, but we’re still in the same spot. It’s a practical business. We help with the registration stuff and make sure the keys get to the right person. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up every morning and see who needs help with their property stuff.
