N K Events

N K Events is based out of Baccha Park in Meerut, very close to Hope Hospital. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around there with all the traffic and people moving about. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, and it’s become a bit like a second home to the staff. Our space is filled with folders and planners because keeping track of everything is the main part of the job. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just an office where we sit down and talk through what people need for their celebrations. Some days we are out in the sun at different venues in Meerut, and other days we are stuck inside doing paperwork. It’s a balance. We know most of the local suppliers by name because we see them every week. When a family comes in to talk about a function, we just give it to them straight about what will work and what won't. There are no grand promises, just a lot of checking and double-checking on things like seating or food timing. It can be stressful when deadlines get close, but we’ve gotten used to that rhythm. Being near the hospital and the park means there’s always a lot of life around us, which keeps things interesting. We just take it one day at a time, making sure each event happens without any major issues.
