My office is at 73, Bankers Street, situated in the Meerut Cantt area. It’s right near the Sadar Police Station, which is a very easy landmark to find if you're in Sadar Bazar. The street itself has a lot of history and feels a bit different from the newer malls. It’s a busy lane with people always moving around. The building I’m in is older, with thick walls that keep it a bit cooler in the summer. I’ve set things up simply inside. There’s a desk for me and a couple of chairs for anyone who stops by. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the street outside. I’ve been here for a long time, so I know most of the neighbors. We often see the same faces every day. Being near the police station means everyone knows exactly where to turn. I don't have a fancy office with lots of decorations. It’s a workplace, so I keep it functional. The light comes in through the front door during the day. Sometimes I step out for a tea at the local stall nearby. It’s a very local way of living and working. I just handle the daily business as it comes. It feels right being in the heart of Sadar Bazar. The sound of the temple bells or the local traffic is just part of the background here. I keep a small radio sometimes, but mostly it's just the sound of the street. Bankers Street has its own character.
